The ticket applies to a person, for a single entrance. The purchase of a ticket enables its holder the right to attend the event listed on it, although if it accepts and observes the terms of operation and security of WE.
Valid tickets are considered those that have been bought from official pre-sales sites. You are not allowed to use them for advertising or commercial purposes without the approval of the organizers. Any resale or transfer of a ticket in the above manner may be considered invalid and not allowed to enter its holder.
The staff of security of WE are in the area in order to ensure public security. The public must comply with the suggestions of the staff of security and organizers.
You are not allowed to enter WE with glass bottles, metal boxes, weapons, flammable materials, as well as other sharp or dangerous objects. Security staff have the right to seize the above items and remove their owners from the site.
You are not allowed to enter WE with spray, markers or other objects that may harm and destroy part of the site.
Entrance is not permitted to people who is under the influence of alcohol or other substances. According to the country's law, the possession, use and trafficking of drugs in general is expressly prohibited.

Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
Use of devices with radius, laser pointer, laser pen, laser keychains, etc. are not allowed. If the holder disturbs the proper functioning of the event, staff of security have the right to remove him / her from the site.
Security staff have the right to carry out physical control, for security reasons, when the public enters the site.
WE has no responsibility for accidents or material damages that may arise from inappropriate public behavior.
We encourage ticket holders with hearing problems to keep distance from the speakers and use earplugs.

WE reserves the right to change date, alerting the public through media and/or social networks. In this case the tickets are not refundable, but apply to the new date.
In case of cancellation of the event, tickets will be redeemed after the announcement of the organizing company through media and/or social networks. The redemption period will last 15 calendar days, without extension.
Entrance to pets is allowed as long as owners are in line with the terms provided by Law N3170/2003
Parts of the concert are likely to be photographed / videotaped / filmed. The audience appearing in them has no claim or pretention to them.
It is recommended to enter WE without objects of financial or emotional value. WE is not responsible for any damage or loss.
The audience has to respect the artists and the staff of WE.
Racist, sexist or any kind of offensive behaviors will not be accepted, and WE reserves the right to remove the owner of the ticket.
